VRF systems need careful pipe routing and load calculation across multiple zones. Our technicians support installation and ongoing maintenance for commercial VRF setups.
A VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system connects one or more outdoor units to many indoor units, each controlled separately. It is the preferred choice for offices, hotels, hospitals, malls and institutions that need zoned cooling with lower running costs than many individual split ACs.
Paras Refrigeration supports VRF installation and provides preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for commercial VRF systems across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri and Khordha. We work on systems from the major manufacturers used in Indian commercial buildings.
A VRF system performs only as well as its design and installation. Our work covers site assessment, indoor and outdoor unit placement, refrigerant pipe routing with the correct branch (refnet) joints, brazing with nitrogen purging, pressure testing, vacuuming, drain and electrical work, followed by commissioning checks.
One outdoor unit can serve dozens of indoor units, so a single refrigerant leak or controller fault can affect a whole floor. Long pipe runs and many joints make leak detection more involved than on a split AC. Planned maintenance — ideally under an AMC or CMC — keeps zones cooling evenly and helps prevent building-wide downtime.
Commercial ACVRF and VRV describe the same variable-refrigerant technology under different names. Here is how these zoned systems work and what proper service and maintenance look like.
